HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Call the GetRest Support Team on +919830026262 or email us at support@getrest.in to raise your return request.
- Place your mattress back inside the plastic bag it came in and seal it with cello tape. This is so that it doesn’t get dirty by the time it reaches us. Incase you’ve misplaced the bag, we’ll be happy to send you a new one.
- Your return request will be validated by the GetRest Support team within 24-48 hours post which a pick-up will be scheduled in 24-72 hours.
- Once we’ve received your mattress and inspected it, we”ll issue you the refund after deducting the logistic cost back to us (as per actuals). Usually, the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETURN/REFUND UNDER THE 100 NIGHTS TRIAL OFFER
The GetRest 100 Nights Trial offer is curated with the objective of gifting customers the opportunity to try out our products for 100 nights at the comfort of their own homes. In an unusual situation of the Mattress not being perfect for you, we are happy to take it back and give you a refund.
To ensure that the offer is not being misused, we have identified some exceptions to the 100 Nights Trial Offer which are as below:
- A Return/Refund request will not be accepted in case of improper usage or physical damage to the product. You are expected to return the GetRest product/s in a good condition.
- A Return/Refund request will not be validated if any severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt or damage is found on the product during the inspection process.
- A Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the product is used on an improper surface without proper support.
- A Return/Refund request will not be accepted if the product is found to be exposed to cold / hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
- A Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the customer opts a return due to incorrect size ordered. It is always recommended to cross check the size before placing the order.
